Patrick Mahomes is a proud husband and father.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback took to social media on May 12, 2024, to wish his wife Brittany Mahomes a happy Mother’s Day.
The three-time Super Bowl champion shared a photo on Instagram of his wife and their two children, Sterling and Bronze, alongside two heart emojis, captioning it, “Happy Mothers Day.”
Brittany Mahomes also took to Instagram on Mother’s Day to share what she loves about being a mom.
“I could not have asked for two better babies, raising them with their dad by my side makes every day beautiful … They have brought so much peace and positivity into our life & I wouldn’t change a thing about it. Thank you God for blessing me with this amazing family of mine,” she wrote alongside a series of family photos.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model also thanked the moms who support her, writing, “And to every mama in my life, Happy Mother’s Day. I have learned something from each of you & am so thankful to have you by my side in this crazy life.”

“I always FaceTime them whenever I’m not with them and talk to them throughout the day. Bronze is running around now, starting to walk,” he told reporters, according to People magazine, adding, “It’s always great when I get to talk to them.”

Speaking to “Good Morning America” in 2023, the NFL player discussed what it means to be a dad after becoming a father of two.
“It gives you a different perspective,” he said at the time. “You enjoy every day so much more and having them, the years fly by and just try to do whatever I can to enjoy the little moments.”

Brittany Mahomes was born Aug. 31, 1995, in Whitehouse, Texas. After graduating from high school, Brittany Mahomes enrolled at the University of Texas at Tyler, where she played soccer.
She later signed with the Icelandic professional soccer team Afturelding/Fram after graduating from college in 2017 — the same year the Kansas City Chiefs selected Patrick Mahomes during the first round of the NFL draft.
The pair, who have been a couple since high school, became engaged in 2020 before welcoming their first child in 2021.
They tied the knot the next year, in March 2022, at a private ceremony held on Maui, in Hawaii.
Brittany Mahomes built her own company, Brittany Lynne Fitness, which offers clients programs with guided workouts. In 2021, she co-founded the Kansas City Current with her husband as an expansion team in the National Women’s Soccer League.
Brittany Mahomes recently added the title 2024 SI Swimsuit Rookie to her already impressive list of personal and professional accomplishments.
She posed for this year’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue — its 60th anniversary issue — in a red one-piece swimsuit by Mugler on the beaches of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye in Belize.
