Prolific football presenter Woods, 37, who notably featured in ITV’s coverage of Euro 2024, has been dating ex-Love Island star Adam Collard since 2023.
The happy couple announced they were expecting their first child back in July and are now planning to tie the knot following a beautiful beachside proposal in Cornwall.
Grealish, 29, took time out of his busy day training under Pep Guardiola to wish the two congratulations on their big day.

The England international got his groove back over the international break, scoring the opener in their 2-0 UEFA Nations League victory over the Republic of Ireland.
He has also gone on to start in Man City’s last two Premier League games, the first time since April this year.
The champions are the only Premier League side to have a 100 per cent record so far, winning all four of their opening games and scoring 11 goals in the process.
On Tuesday, however, they will have to turn their attention to the Champions League as they prepare to face 2022-23 final foes Inter Milan.
