Aryna Sabalenka and her sister, Tonechka, gave fans a glimpse into their playful “dynamic” by dancing their hearts out in a fun TikTok trend. The sisters recreated a popular dance, showing off their chemistry and having a blast.
Sabalenka, who recently finished her run at the 2025 Australian Open, was aiming for a third consecutive title. However, she fell short in the final against Madison Keys, who claimed her first Grand Slam title with a 6-3, 2-6, 7-5 victory over the Belarusian.
After wrapping up her Australian Open campaign, Sabalenka shared a video on social media, captioning it: “@unaitokli Sums up our sister dynamic 😂.”

Sabalenka kicked off her 2025 season at the Brisbane International, where she triumphed over Renata Zarazua, Yulia Putintseva, Marie Bouzkova, and Mirra Andreeva to reach the final. In the championship match, she defeated Polina Kudermetova to claim the title.
At the Australian Open, Sabalenka had hoped to secure a third consecutive title but came up short in the final against Madison Keys.
Sabalenka to Compete at the Qatar Open 2025
Next up for Sabalenka is the Qatar Open, which will take place from February 9 to February 15, 2025, at the International Tennis and Squash Complex in Doha. This will mark her fourth appearance at the prestigious WTA 1000 event, following previous appearances in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
Sabalenka made her Qatar Open debut in 2020, where she impressed by defeating top players like Anett Kontaveit, Maria Sakkari, Zheng Saisai, and Svetlana Kuznetsova, before overcoming Petra Kvitova in the final to win the title.
In 2021, Sabalenka returned as the defending champion but was knocked out in the second round by eventual runner-up Garbine Muguruza.
In her last appearance in 2022, as the top seed, Sabalenka progressed past Alize Cornet and Jil Teichmann in the second and third rounds but was defeated by eventual champion Iga Swiatek in the quarterfinals.
