British tennis star Katie Boulter shows off her HUGE diamond engagement ring while out for a walk with Aussie fiance Alex de Minaur
British tennis star Katie Boulter recently showcased her stunning diamond engagement ring while taking a walk with her new fiancé, Australian tennis player Alex de Minaur, in Melbourne. The couple, who have been dating since 2022, appeared to be enjoying some quality time together ahead of the upcoming Australian Open.
Boulter, dressed in green, proudly flashed her impressive diamond ring as they strolled through the city. The 28-year-old announced her engagement to De Minaur, currently ranked world No. 9, on social media last month, delighting fans with an Instagram post. In the post, Boulter wrapped her arm around her 25-year-old fiancé’s neck, revealing the beautiful engagement ring on her finger.
The pair first met on the professional tennis circuit and their relationship blossomed after an early morning coffee meet-up. “We bumped into each other at six in the morning and ended up getting a coffee. From that moment, I knew I was in it for the long haul,” Boulter previously shared.
Both players had successful 2024 seasons, with Boulter capturing titles in Nottingham and San Diego, while De Minaur closed out the year with a victory at the Ultimate Tennis Showdown, bouncing back from a disappointing ATP Finals in Turin.
Boulter is currently in top form, helping secure Great Britain’s spot in the United Cup quarter-finals with a commanding 6-2, 6-1 win over Australia’s Olivia Gadecki in Sydney. This victory came just days before she faced off against her fiancé in mixed doubles, an encounter she had humorously admitted had cost her some sleep.
De Minaur, recovering from a hip injury sustained during his 2024 Wimbledon run, expressed his relief at feeling back to full strength ahead of the Australian Open, which begins on January 12.
