With more than half of the season still ahead, Auger-Aliassime remains confident in his ability to achieve his goal of returning to the ATP Finals. Speaking ahead of the Miami Open, the former world No. 6 emphasized his renewed focus and determination.

“I feel more balanced and clear-headed,” Auger-Aliassime stated in his pre-tournament press conference. “I didn’t expect to drop as low as I did, but I kept working hard and believing in my abilities. I’ve been very disciplined in all aspects necessary to be a great tennis player, and I’m proud of that.

“I’ve managed to stay inside the top 30 for most of my career, overcoming physical, technical, and mental challenges. Now, I feel like I’m playing my best tennis again. If I maintain the level I’ve shown in the first few months of the season and deliver strong performances at major tournaments, I have a real shot at making the ATP Finals again. That’s definitely a realistic goal for me this year.”

As Auger-Aliassime continues his push for a place among the sport’s elite, all eyes will be on his performance in Miami and beyond to see if he can sustain his momentum and secure a return to the season-ending showdown.
