Jack Grealish’s fatherhood journey kicked off recently when he and his girlfriend Sasha Attwood welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world.
The English football star, who played underage for the Republic of Ireland, waited a few days to settle into his new dad role before he revealed the arrival of little Mila Rose.
Now six weeks into being a girl dad, Jack has shared the first snap of his daughter and it’s a cute one!
The image shows the daddy-daughter duo relaxing at home and appearing to watch TV. Jack looks casual in tracksuit bottoms and a white vest while little Mila is cosy in a patterned babygrow.
Jack and Sasha announced Mila’s birth by sharing a black-and-white photo of a little fist grabbing her daddy’s finger.He simply captioned the post ‘Mila Rose Grealish’, as many followers welcomed him to the ‘Girl Dad’ club.
Jack’s teammates including Marcus Rashford passed on their best wishes to the family, while Arsenal stars Declan Rice and Alex Zinchenko also added their congratulations.
Jack, who has a close bond with his little sister Hollie who has cerebral palsy, first met Sasha at school when they were 16 and had an on/off relationship through the years.
They announced they were having a baby in July when they both posed a photo of Jack cradling Sasha’s bump, with the new mum captioning the post ‘Half of me, half of you – beyond blessed’.
Jack called the pregnancy ‘life’s biggest blessing’.
The couple also did a sweet maternity shoot, with stylish black and white photos with Sasha’s growing bump very much front and centre.
