Carlos Alcaraz will do battle with Australian Open winner Jannik Sinner in a renewal of their budding rivalry at 1.30pm (UK time). The other semi-final will see Casper Ruud go up against Alexander Zverev, who was caught up in a storm during his last-eight win over Alex de Minaur, at around 4.30pm (UK time).
