World No.1 Jannik Sinner has confirmed that he is currently single, ahead of his return to tennis at the Rome Masters this week. The Italian star had been seen in Monte Carlo alongside Russian model Lara Leito, sparking speculation about his love life.
Previously linked to WTA player Anna Kalinskaya, Sinner addressed the rumors directly during his pre-tournament press conference.
“I am very happy to be back here,” Sinner said. “It has been three very long months. I’ve shared some great moments with my family and friends and have been training hard, especially in the gym.”
Addressing the media speculation, he added: “I’ve seen there’s been a lot of attention off the court. I was surprised to see some of the photos. Nothing serious! I’m not in a relationship, regardless of what’s being said—so, all good!”
The Rome Masters marks Sinner’s first tournament since serving a three-month suspension. Despite the controversy, he appeared upbeat and focused on his comeback.
