Taylor Fritz’s girlfriend, Morgan Riddle, never fails to grab the attention. Be it her supporting Fritz during his matches or making off-court appearances, she boasts a massive fan following. While Fritz has taken a brief break ahead of the Paris Masters, Riddle is making some glamorous appearances, albeit on the football field. Yesterday, she had some fun interacting with star American rugby union player, Ilona Maher ahead of an NFL game.

The LA Rams took on the Minnesota Vikings in a thrilling clash in the NFL and won the encounter 30-20, making it 3 wins from 7 games for them. Ahead of that match, Riddle appeared on the field with Ilona Maher and tried performing a rugby union move on the legend. However, she failed horribly at it and burst into laughter subsequently.

Riddle also shared a glimpse of that via a story on her official Instagram handle, as she wrote, “Will not be a star rugby player any time soon I fear.” Further, she also shared a picture of her watching the game and truly enjoying her time out. Eating a hamburger while watching the game, Riddle wrote in the caption, “Life is worth living.”

Riddle has been in the news of late after her reactions to her boyfriend’s new look that went viral. Fritz was spotted on social media donning a blonde look at one of the music events in Los Angeles, as he looked completely unrecognizable. The American star joined the Norwegian artist Kygo on stage and the pictures went viral.

Riddle too shared Fritz’s new look on Instagram, captioning it ‘Home.’ But in the very next Instagram story, she admitted that she didn’t have any role in Fritz opting for that look. Addressing Fritz, she said, “I didn’t think you actually would. I thought you were just getting a haircut. Would just like everyone to know I was also blindsided by this.”

Taylor Fritz is currently on a brief break from the sport. But he is still taking note of the proceedings in the tennis world. He has reacted to the new off-court coaching rules as well.

Taylor Fritz calls out the off-court coaching rule

A few days back, the ITF announced a new set of rules for the next season. One of the major changes was that off-court coaching would be allowed at the tournaments which would reduce the subjective decision-making by the chair umpires in handing coaching violations to the players. However, Fritz shared a different opinion in this regard.

He said, “I haven’t talked to Mike and he hasn’t talked to me one time since the coaching has become a thing. It’s a dumb rule. Tennis is an individual sport. Why are we making it not an individual sport? A huge part of tennis is, in my mind, like as tennis is as much mental as it is physical, and a big part of it is you need to be figuring it out on the court for yourself. You need to be the one figuring it out.”

Fritz is aiming to qualify for the ATP Tour Finals in Turin next month. But for that, he will have to pull up his socks at the upcoming ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Paris. Amid a good run of form, the American star will be one of the dark horses to win the tournament in Paris.
