Luke Littler is set to head to Brighton for Night Ten of the Premier League Darts season – but only after soaking up the sun over the Easter weekend.

The Nuke, 19, has put himself in a strong position to add to his sensational trophy haul by sitting top of the table.

And he is looking to bounce back after having a bust-up with Gian van Veen as he crashed out of the quarter-finals in Manchester last week.

But Littler put the flare-up behind him by jetting off with his family and girlfriend Faith Millar.

The world No1’s mum, Lisa Littler, took to Instagram to share a snap of the teenage sensation sitting down for a drink with those close to him.

It appeared to be a big get-together, with 14 people seen posing together in the photo.

Lisa captioned the post: “Had an amazing time away for Easter with family and friends until next time.”

Littler missed the German Darts Grand Prix after deciding to take a break from his jam-packed schedule.

He was keen to recharge his batteries and enjoy a short holiday instead of stepping up to the oche in Munich.

It followed Littler admitting he will walk away from darts when he no longer has the drive to compete for major honours.

The two-time World Championship winner said: “That’s down to me. Whether I still want it in ten or 15 years, whether I’m financially settled and have enough.

“The main thing is I have done everything I have wanted to do. The main goal is to win one of every major.

“Like Michael van Gerwen once said, once the fear goes out of the belly, the fire goes out of the belly. That’s when we pack it in.”

Littler is now set to battle Stephen Bunting in his opening showdown in Brighton tomorrow.
