Luke Littler went the extra mile to mark his record-breaking sponsorship agreement by treating every employee at Target Darts to a high-end gift.
Fresh from his emphatic victory at the 2026 PDC World Darts Championship, where he swept aside Gian van Veen to retain his title, the teenage sensation made headlines again after agreeing the largest contract in darts history.
The 18-year-old, who has already banked more than £3 million in prize money, signed a ten-year deal with long-term partners Target Darts, a partnership that could be worth around £20 million over the next decade. The agreement is understood to include performance-related bonuses, commercial incentives and a percentage of sales from branded products and equipment.
To celebrate the landmark moment, Littler chose a thoughtful and inclusive gesture, purchasing a special gift for every member of staff at the Essex-based darts manufacturer as a show of gratitude for their continued support.
Target Darts confirmed the news on social media, posting:
“It’s official: we’ve signed the biggest deal in darts history with Luke Littler.
Together with the back-to-back World Champion and World Number One, we’re redefining what’s possible in darts — and we’re only just getting started.”
The scale of Littler’s contract underlines how rapidly his profile has grown. By comparison, 16-time world champion Phil Taylor reportedly earned around £3 million from a five-year deal with Target when he signed in 2014.
According to reports, Littler marked the occasion by buying Apple AirPods for every Target Darts employee, ensuring everyone at the company shared in the celebrations.
Speaking ahead of his appearance at the Bahrain Darts Masters on January 15–16, Littler said:
“Target has believed in me from day one. I’m delighted that there are many more years to come. From my playing career to my product range, we’ve built everything together, and I’m really excited to commit to our partnership long-term and see where we can take this next.”
The blockbuster deal follows another major personal milestone for the teenager. Just days earlier, Littler reportedly spent around £1 million on a luxurious five-bedroom home on the outskirts of Warrington, Cheshire, complete with a hot tub, solar panels and a spacious open-plan kitchen.
In keeping with his reputation for generosity, Littler is said to have gifted the property to his parents, Lisa and Anthony, as a thank-you for the unwavering support they have given him throughout his extraordinary rise in the sport.
