Luke Littler, Luke Humphries, and Rob Cross Receive £30,000 Gold Darts for Premier League Perfection

Three of the biggest names in darts—Luke Littler, Luke Humphries, and Rob Cross—have been awarded exclusive 18-carat gold darts, each valued at an astonishing £30,000. This incredible reward was given to them for achieving the ultimate feat in the sport: a perfect nine-dart finish during the 2025 Premier League Darts season.

The prestigious awards were presented by main sponsor BetMGM ahead of Night 8 at Newcastle’s Utilita Arena. Humphries and Cross both secured their nine-darters during a thrilling night in Brighton earlier this month, while Littler recorded the 19th nine-darter in Premier League history en route to his victory in Cardiff last week.

These custom-made golden darts serve as a unique prize, and players have the chance to earn multiple sets throughout the competition. If any of them land another perfect leg in the upcoming weeks, they could walk away with yet another set of these exclusive darts.

Players React to Their Golden Reward

World Champion Luke Littler was thrilled with his prize:
“Hitting a nine-darter on the big stage is always special, but doing it in a final against Michael van Gerwen made it even more memorable. This is a fantastic prize from BetMGM.”

Current world number one Luke Humphries echoed the sentiment:
“When we heard about the gold darts from BetMGM, I said I’d love to win them. It’s such a prestigious way to mark my first televised nine-darter.”

Former world champion Rob Cross was equally delighted:
“We all chase perfection, but nine-darters are incredibly rare. It’s amazing that BetMGM has introduced such an incredible prize this season. These gold darts will always remind me of my special moment in Brighton.”

PDC Chief Hails Record-Breaking Season

PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter highlighted the significance of this historic achievement:
“No other TV tournament in history has seen more nine-darters than this year’s BetMGM Premier League. The fact that we’ve already had three perfect legs in less than half a season shows the incredible level of competition we’re witnessing week after week.”
