Luke Littler reveals how girlfriend Faith is supporting him in his mission to dominate World Darts Championship
Luke Littler has opened up on the role his girlfriend Faith is playing behind the scenes as he prepares for another charge at the World Darts Championship — and the teenage star says her support has become one of the driving forces behind his rise.
The 18-year-old sensation enters the tournament as one of the favourites after another explosive year on the oche. But while his performances have made headlines, Littler says the calm away from the spotlight has been just as important.
“She keeps everything normal for me”
Littler revealed that Faith helps him stay grounded despite the pressure, the spotlight and the constant attention that has followed his rapid rise to superstardom.
“She keeps everything normal for me. When you’re travelling all the time and playing big matches, it’s easy to get caught up in it. Faith makes sure I switch off, relax and just be myself.”
The pair have been together throughout Littler’s breakthrough, and he admits that support is vital — especially heading into a tournament that can overwhelm even the most experienced professionals.
The balance behind the brilliance
Those close to Littler say that managing his schedule has become just as important as mastering the doubles and trebles. Between media duties, practice sessions and global travel, downtime is rare.
Littler says Faith plays a key role in helping him find that balance.
“She reminds me to rest, to enjoy the moments, and not overthink things. When I’m home, I’m not thinking about darts 24/7 — and that’s down to her.”
Fuel for a title defence
Littler’s connection with fans is undeniable, and his fearless attitude on stage has already produced iconic moments. But he admits that having Faith cheering him on — whether in the crowd or from home — adds an extra layer of motivation.
He says that support has given him even more determination to chase another world title and cement his place at the top of the sport.
“When you know people believe in you, it makes a big difference. I want to make everyone proud — Faith, my family, my team. That pushes me every day.”
A calmer Littler? Maybe — but just as dangerous
Those around the teenager say he seems more mature, more settled and more prepared than ever heading into Alexandra Palace. And while rivals may hope that extra attention off the board could distract him, the opposite appears to be true.
A more relaxed Littler usually means a more dangerous Littler.
Eyes on the ultimate prize
With the World Darts Championship approaching, Littler has made it clear he’s focused, motivated and ready to produce another glittering campaign. And behind the roar of crowds, the bright lights and the pressure of expectation stands Faith — quietly helping him stay in the perfect headspace.
Whether it ends with him lifting the Sid Waddell Trophy again remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: Luke Littler won’t be stepping onto the Alexandra Palace stage alone.
