Luke “The Nuke” Littler heads to Aberdeen on Thursday night with the chance to secure the top spot in the 2025 Premier League Darts standings for the second consecutive year.

The 18-year-old Warrington sensation will face world number one and nearest rival Luke Humphries in the fourth quarter-final of Night 15 — the penultimate round before the Play-Offs at The O2 in London on May 29.

What’s at Stake

Both Littler and Humphries have already secured Play-Off qualification, alongside Gerwyn Price. However, their positions on the league table will determine their Play-Off matchups. Finishing first guarantees a spot in the advantageous first semi-final, offering more rest before the final.

Littler, currently seven points clear at the top with 38 points, can clinch first place outright with a win over Humphries. A victory would also tie the all-time Premier League points record (40), which Littler set himself last season. Winning an additional match would break that record.

If Humphries beats Littler in Aberdeen, the top spot will be decided in Sheffield on Night 16.
