Love may mean zero in tennis, but off the court, it’s alive and thriving—especially between Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa. The power couple, affectionately known as Tsitsidosa, has won fans over with their playful chemistry and heartfelt support for one another.

Their love story began at the 2023 Italian Open, where a cheeky bet sparked it all. “I told myself I’d message Badosa if she won her second-round match in Rome,” Tsitsipas revealed. She did, and his “Congratulations” message quickly turned into something much more.

Since then, it’s been a rom-com come to life: from Instagram banter to shared meals and language lessons. During a fan Q&A, Badosa melted hearts when asked about her favorite Greek food—choosing not a dish, but her boyfriend. She posted a selfie with Tsitsipas captioned: “All 🤤🤤🤤 Greek food and Greek men are the best 😜.”

Tsitsipas returned the love in an interview, sharing, “I enjoy cooking. My lovely girlfriend has started cooking for me, and I love chatting while we cook.” The affection runs both ways—especially through tough times.

After a career-threatening back injury in 2023 sidelined Badosa for months, she opened up about how Tsitsipas helped her cope. “I met Stef right after my injury. It was one of the darkest periods of my life, and he brought light, support, and happiness when I needed it most,” she told Hola magazine.

Despite the hardships—including dropping out of the top 100 and battling further back pain this season—Badosa is making a comeback. She’s now ranked No. 11 and eyeing a return at the Madrid Open on April 22.

Their relationship isn’t just about love—it’s about growth. Badosa tried learning the Greek word agapi (love), while Tsitsipas has been working on Spanish—despite Badosa mostly speaking Catalan. “It’s a challenge,” he laughed.

From injury recoveries to culture swaps, Tsitsidosa continues to thrive—both on and off the court. Through every setback and success, their bond seems to grow stronger.
