Jannik Sinner begins his Wimbledon campaign with a win

Jannik Sinner faced some challenges during his first-round match at Wimbledon against unseeded German Yannick Hanfmann. Despite some difficulties, the top seed managed to win the match with scores of 6-3, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 on Monday. With this victory, he secured a second-round match against fellow Italian Matteo Berrettini.

In the match, Sinner used his strong serve and forehand to dominate Hanfmann, easily winning the first set after a single break. He continued to lead in the second set, maintaining his advantage. The German fought back and put pressure on Sinner’s serve but couldn’t break through, allowing the Italian to take a two-set lead.
