On June 21, 2025, Paula Badosa, ranked world No. 10, shared insights into her recent Ibiza vacation with boyfriend Stefanos Tsitsipas, world No. 20, during an interview with Tennis Channel at the Berlin Open, emphasizing its critical role in their mental and physical reset ahead of Wimbledon, starting June 30, per Sportskeeda. Badosa, who retired from her Berlin quarterfinal against Wang Xinyu due to a hip injury, explained, “It was very important for us, especially because the tour is very intense. I tried pretty much everything the island has to offer, from the peaceful countryside to the livelier spots,” highlighting how the varied experiences helped him “escape everyday life,” per Yardbarker. The trip, documented on Badosa’s Instagram with scenic sea views and boat adventures, provided a vital breather for the couple, known as ‘Tsitsidosa,’ who have been dating since May 2023, per Motorcycle Sports. Despite their Berlin setbacks, the Ibiza retreat has left them recharged for the grass-court season, with Tsitsipas now under new coach Goran Ivanisevic, per.
