Emma Raducanu Set for Billie Jean King Cup Return as She Looks to Revive 2025 Season

Emma Raducanu’s challenging 2025 season has been given a welcome boost, with confirmation that the former US Open champion will represent Great Britain in the Billie Jean King Cup this April.

The 22-year-old has endured a tough start to the year, managing just three wins in nine matches. Her struggles continued last week at Indian Wells, where she suffered a straight-sets defeat to Moyuka Uchijima in her opening match. It was Raducanu’s first tournament since her disturbing stalking ordeal at the Dubai Tennis Championships.

She will next compete at the Miami Open, though as the world No. 55, she will enter unseeded, meaning a potential clash with a seeded player in the second round if she gets past her opener.
