How to watch PDC Players Championship 9 and 10 in Wigan live on stream and TV in the UK, USA and Australia
The PDC Pro Tour returns to action this week with back-to-back Players Championship events at the Robin Park Tennis Centre in Wigan. Players Championship 9 takes place on Monday 13 April 2026, with Players Championship 10 following on Tuesday 14 April. Both events start at 1pm BST.
Each event carries a prize fund of £150,000, with the winner taking home £15,000. Prize money counts towards the PDC Order of Merit, ProTour Order of Merit, and Players Championship Order of Merit, with the top 64 on the latter qualifying for the Players Championship Finals in Minehead in November.
Who’s playing?
World number two Luke Humphries and European champion Gian van Veen are among the entrants, as are Nathan Aspinall, James Wade, Stephen Bunting, Jonny Clayton and Josh Rock. Notable absentees include Luke Littler, Michael van Gerwen, Gary Anderson and Ryan Searle, with several non-Tour Card holders drafted in to fill the 128-player field.
How to watch in the UK
Players Championship events are not shown on Sky Sports. All matches on the four main boards can be watched live via PDCTV, the PDC’s official streaming channel. Fans can choose from a monthly pass (£9.99), an annual subscription (£59.99) or a flexible multi-day short-use pass. UK subscribers can access PDCTV for Pro Tour events without any blackout restrictions — unlike the televised majors, where Sky holds exclusive live rights.
How to watch in the USA
PDCTV is the go-to option for American darts fans wanting to follow the Players Championship. PDCTV gives fans a unique opportunity to experience the Players Championship tournaments up close. Subscriptions are available at $15.99 per month or $94.99 for a full year. FanDuel TV and Peacock do not carry Pro Tour floor events.
How to watch in Australia
As with the USA, PDCTV is the streaming platform for Players Championship coverage, available at AU$18.99 per month or AU$109.99 annually. Foxtel and Kayo Sports do not carry non-televised Pro Tour events. If you are outside Australia and want to access your usual service, a VPN such as NordVPN will let you connect from abroad.
Watching from anywhere else
PDCTV covers virtually all other territories for Players Championship events. The platform is blocked in certain regions where local broadcasters hold exclusive rights to specific PDC events, but for floor tournaments like the Players Championship, it is generally available worldwide.
