Taylor Fritz Impresses Girlfriend Morgan Riddle with Culinary Feat

Taylor Fritz is the epitome of health and fitness. As a top-5 ATP pro, his rigorous training demands precise nutrition. Did you know he has a pre-match ritual of eating steak and mashed potatoes? It seems to be working—last year, he secured two titles in Delray Beach and Eastbourne while also reaching the US Open and ATP Finals. However, maintaining healthy eating habits while traveling on tour can be a challenge. So, what’s his latest solution? A slow cooker! And his girlfriend, Morgan Riddle, is loving it.

Taylor Fritz’s Newfound Love for Cooking

Fritz may not be a professional chef, but that hasn’t stopped him from experimenting in the kitchen. Fans might recall his cooking debut at the 2024 Citi Taste of Tennis, where he shared a lighthearted moment with tennis legends Andre Agassi and Zheng Qinwen, jokingly captioning a photo, “Who let me cook? 👨‍🍳” Fast forward seven months, and Fritz is now taking charge in the kitchen while in Miami.

On March 21, Riddle shared a humorous Instagram story titled “Taylor & the Crockpot: A Short Story.” It began with a text exchange in which Fritz sent Riddle a video featuring a recipe for cheesy chicken and rice burritos made in a slow cooker. Intrigued, Fritz suggested they get one. Just 45 minutes later, he followed up with, “I just ordered a slow cooker to Miami. So I can go insane meal prep.”

Riddle then posted clips of Fritz in their Miami accommodation, eagerly preparing his first slow cooker meal. She was visibly excited, though she didn’t share a taste review. The final story featured the dish stored in the fridge, captioned simply: “The end.” Was it a success? Only Taylor and Morgan know for sure!

From Cooking to Competing: Fritz’s Miami Open Journey

Beyond the kitchen, Fritz has been on a serious health kick. His recent sponsorship with Chipotle even inspired his slow-cooked burritos. Ahead of the Australian Open, he shared a day in the life video featuring a Chipotle high-protein lifestyle bowl—his go-to for a reliable, healthy meal.
