The PDC Pro Tour continues in 2026 with a full schedule of 34 Players Championship events, resuming on May 4–5 with tournaments 13 and 14.

This year’s Players Championship circuit will be staged across multiple venues, including Halle 39 in Hildesheim, the Robin Park Tennis Centre in Wigan, Leicester Arena, Arena MK in Milton Keynes, and a new stop in Den Bosch at Maaspoort. The addition of Den Bosch marks a long-awaited return of ProTour darts to the Netherlands, although Leicester will once again host the bulk of the events.

As always, participation will vary throughout the season, particularly among Premier League Darts stars, who often pick and choose their appearances. Players like Luke Littler and Luke Humphries have already indicated they may skip several events or limit their involvement to specific venues such as Wigan. Travel demands have also seen some top names opt out of tournaments in Germany in the past. Still, leading figures including Gian van Veen, Michael van Gerwen and Gerwyn Price are expected to feature at various points during the campaign.

The primary objective for players on the tour is qualification for the Players Championship Finals in Minehead, scheduled for later in 2026 ahead of the PDC World Darts Championship. The race for qualification often adds extra drama, as even top stars—Littler among them—have previously faced challenges securing their place.
