Luke Littler and girlfriend Faith enjoy trip to Universal Studios as he takes break from trying to make darts history

Luke Littler has put his darting exploits on hold as he enjoys a well-deserved holiday with his girlfriend, Faith Millar, following another remarkable chapter in his career.

Fresh from his record-breaking triumph at the World Matchplay two weeks ago, the reigning back-to-back world champion has swapped the oche for the attractions of Orlando, spending time at Universal Studios before returning to competition.

Littler shared a photo from Florida alongside Millar, whom he has been dating for more than a year. The Wigan-based beautician has accompanied the teenage star through much of his busy schedule, and the couple are now enjoying a relaxing break after months of relentless competition.

The 19-year-old has made it clear that darts will not be part of his holiday plans. Speaking before travelling, Littler said he wanted to completely switch off before resuming his season.

“I need to relax, go to America, chill out, not think about darts and come back for the World Series,” he said.

“I won’t be throwing darts in America, I’ll just be chilling out.”

To prioritise rest, the world No. 1 chose not to defend his World Series titles in Australia and New Zealand later this month, instead opting to spend time with family and loved ones in Florida.

The break comes after an exceptional campaign that has already seen Littler capture every PDC ranking major contested so far in 2026. He is now chasing a feat never before achieved in the sport—winning all eight major PDC ranking titles in a single calendar year.

Confident about his chances, Littler believes the historic clean sweep remains firmly within reach.

“I’m feeling very good. The clean sweep is very much on,” he said.

To complete the unprecedented achievement, he must still win the World Grand Prix, European Championship, Grand Slam of Darts and the Players Championship Finals later this year.

Ironically, qualifying for the Players Championship Finals could prove to be one of the biggest challenges. Despite being the defending champion, Littler has skipped every PDC ProTour event this season and has yet to secure qualification for the Minehead tournament.

Current projections suggest he needs to earn approximately £22,500 in ProTour prize money to book his place in the season-ending event, which could become the final piece of his historic title collection.

Once his Orlando holiday comes to an end, Littler will return to competitive action in Leicester in late August, where victory at the Mattioli Arena would earn him £15,000 as he continues his pursuit of another landmark season.
