Luke Littler thrilled fans in Bournemouth with a stunning and unconventional 150 checkout during an exhibition final on Saturday.
The reigning world champion produced a moment of magic at the South Coast Darts Showdown, landing three consecutive bullseyes to seal the finish and bring the crowd to its feet.
Littler, 19, dominated the event in Dorset, which featured big names such as Josh Rock, Cristo Reyes, Damon Heta and Danny Noppert.
He cruised through the knockout rounds, whitewashing former professional Alan Warriner-Little in the quarter-finals before defeating Rock 5-2 in the semi-finals.
In the final, Littler carried that momentum into a commanding 6-2 victory over Reyes, producing his eye-catching three-bull finish in style.
While it was only an exhibition event, the performance served as another reminder of Littler’s exceptional talent and scoring power.
The win follows a difficult spell in the Premier League Darts, where he has suffered first-round exits in the last two weeks.
He was beaten 6-4 by Stephen Bunting last week, having previously lost 6-5 to Dutch No.1 Gian van Veen in a heated encounter in Manchester.
That clash drew significant attention after a tense exchange between the two players, with Littler later facing criticism from pundits, including Van Veen and former pro Vincent van der Voort.
Littler has since explained his actions, while Sky Sports presenter Michael Bridge suggested his animated, “WWE-style” on-stage persona may be contributing to recent crowd reactions.
Attention now turns to Rotterdam, where Littler returns to Premier League action on Thursday and could face a challenging atmosphere from the Dutch crowd.
Despite recent setbacks, he remains second in the standings behind Jonny Clayton, having won three nights so far this season.
