Nathan Aspinall has revealed that Luke Littler kept his secret Nando’s black card quiet while his Premier League pals spent weeks footing the bill for their meals.

The Asp admitted he and Chris Dobey were stunned when Littler casually revealed he could have been getting free food the entire time.

Aspinall explained that the trio regularly went to Nando’s together during last year’s Premier League campaign while all sharing the same management team.

Speaking on the Double Tops Podcast, he said: “So last year, me, Dobey and Luke obviously had the same manager all in the Premier League and we used to always go to Nando’s.

“And it always seemed to be me and Chris paying for the Nando’s week in, week out.

“Then all of a sudden he throws his bombshell, like he’s got a black card for Nando’s, free food.

“But for the last six, seven weeks, we’ve been paying. He could have told us this six, seven weeks ago. You know what I mean?”

Aspinall then joked that he has his own food perks sorted thanks to a Toby Carvery rewards card and revealed exactly how he makes the most of it with his family.

He added: “To be fair, I’ve got a gold card for Toby Carvery.

“We literally get like, the biggest thing you can get with puddings, pigs in blankets the lot.

“The thing is we’ve got one. They’re all Green Kings now, aren’t they?

“There’s not many in Manchester, so probably go once a month when I’m down south.”

The two-time major champion also admitted there are plenty of benefits to being close friends with Littler away from the darts circuit.

He continued: “Just like free stuff. I’d go watch some boxing and if I went, I’d have decent seats.

“But if I went with Luke, I’d have ringside, next to Eddie Hearn.

“I’ve done interview stuff where I’ve been paid for them.

“Where if I wasn’t mates with Luke, I probably wouldn’t have got them gigs, if that kind of makes sense.”
