LUKE ‘The Nuke’ Littler has a hectic schedule ahead as he prepares for a busy few days of top-tier darts action.
Tonight (Thursday), Littler will compete in the PDC Premier League Darts in Exeter before heading straight to Minehead for the UK Open, which begins tomorrow (Friday).
Littler, along with 31 of the world’s best players, will enter the UK Open at the fourth-round stage on Friday night, with the draw taking place only after the third round concludes in the afternoon session.
Should the world champion progress, he will be in action on Saturday and potentially Sunday, aiming for a deep run in the tournament.
Last year, Littler was knocked out in the quarter-finals by an inspired Damon Heta in what was regarded as one of the greatest UK Open matches in history.
This year, 160 players will compete in the unique multi-board event, all vying for the £110,000 top prize and the prestigious UK Open title.

Littler’s Recent Form and Celebrations
Littler heads into this week’s competitions following a 6-4 defeat to Gerwyn Price in the Premier League Darts Night 3 quarter-finals in Dublin last Thursday.
Since then, he has enjoyed some special moments, including a hometown celebration for his world-title triumph at the Warrington Wolves vs. Catalans Dragons rugby match last Friday. Then, on Monday, he was awarded honorary citizenship of Warrington for his outstanding achievements over the past 14 months.
