It’s been an eventful three days at the Bahrain International Circuit as pre-season testing wrapped up, with Lando Norris, Lewis Hamilton, and Max Verstappen getting their final laps in before the season opener at the Australian Grand Prix.
The first two days of testing were surprisingly smooth in terms of reliability, though McLaren, Haas, and Red Bull faced minor setbacks. Instead, unexpected rain showers and sporadic power failures in the paddock caused the biggest disruptions.
Despite these challenges, the final day provided teams with a crucial opportunity to gather data ahead of the new season. While lap times in testing rarely tell the full story, early indications suggest that the 2025 Formula 1 season could be one of the closest and most thrilling in recent years.
