Alex De Minaur and two other players joins UTS Frankfurt field

Three more players have been added to the UTS Frankfurt line-up this October

Alex “The Demon” de Minaur, Jan-Lennard “The Thunder” Struff, and UTS debutant Lorenzo “The Illusionist” Musetti will join the field for UTS Frankfurt this October.

They join the previously-announced Dominic Thiem, Frances Tiafoe and Frenchman Gael Monfils in the eight-man competition, which will be held in the 5,000-seat Suwag Energie Arena from October 17-20, 2024.

De Minaur is one of the most successful competitors in the UTS format, winning the first edition he played, in Antwerp in 2021, and then finishing as runner-up to Andrey Rublev in Oslo earlier this year. He currently sits second in the UTS Race Ranking.

Struff made his UTS debut in Frankfurt last year, but was knocked out in the round-robin stage. He’ll be looking to improve on that this time round in a year where he finally won his first-ever ATP title.

Musetti – who makes his first UTS appearance – caught the world’s attention after stepping up to the ATP tour in 2020 following a successful junior career in which he topped the rankings.
