Luke Littler has praised his girlfriend Faith Millar for playing a key role in his rise to the top of world darts.

The couple began dating in February 2025 and were later seen together in the stands when Manchester United drew 4-4 with AFC Bournemouth last December.

It proved to be a standout year for Littler. The 19-year-old enjoyed a hugely successful 2025, picking up major titles including the World Grand Prix and the Grand Slam of Darts.

He also climbed to the world No.1 spot, taking over from Luke Humphries—all while having Millar’s support throughout.

Speaking about her impact, Littler said: “It’s been really good, and it’s exactly what you need as a darts player.

“When I’m at home, I lean on my family—and of course Faith as well.

“She’s been massive for me, and we’ve got a really strong relationship.”

“The Nuke” first exploded onto the scene two years ago when he reached the final of the PDC World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace as a 16-year-old.

At the time, he was in a relationship with his former partner Eloise Milburn, before later moving on and finding stability with Millar.

Littler has also opened up about the challenges that come with maintaining a relationship in the public eye.

“At the start of last year, I used to read all the comments,” he admitted. “And she saw some of the negativity too.

“But I told her, ‘They’re just jealous—they want to try and break us.’”

His rapid rise has also brought a huge surge in attention online. When he first broke through at the World Championship in December 2023, Littler had around 4,000 Instagram followers—compared to more than 2.1 million today.

To deal with the downside of that attention, he has taken steps to limit exposure to online abuse by adjusting his social media settings.

“I’m always on social media, so I do see a lot,” he said. “But even before Manchester, I changed my settings so that people replying to my stories go into requests.

“That’s been turned off for a long time now. So people might be messaging me, but I’m not seeing it—I just see what’s on my feed when I’m scrolling.”
